AppZapp Notify - Personal Alerts for Apps on Sale & New Apps app for iPhone and iPad

Just had to update my old review after seeing someone saying they didnt get notified when (supposedly) they requested to be notified at a set price point. Thats not possible. I get email motivation, then a pop up/push notification and also a notification stays in the pull down notifications menu. Maybe the person asked to be notified when the item is free and it only dropped in price (so no notification) or their notification settings are off. I dont buy it sorry. They notify you as soon as apps go free in Europe and so most of the time you need to wait few hours for the app to be free in USA store, giving us in USA extra time to catch the free app. A basic app everyone needs. I still use the prior released version because its FAR more user friendly. But this will do if you werent lucky enough to download the earlier version

Once you figure out how to create "alerts" youre going to have some fun almost every day getting GOOD apps for free. "Alerts" are not notifications on your device, they are lists of apps that have recently changed price based on custom filters. I have two filters, one for apps that change price to free for iPhone and another for iPad. The features of this app provide so much information to help you decide if the app that has "gone free" is worth your time. They tell you if it has in-app purchases. They show you the price history so you can decide if its a worthless app that goes up and down in price to make it seem like its always on sale, or an app that was introduced at a super high price to make people think its a bargain. My other favorite benefit is that AppZap users can like or dislike an app and also leave comments - they are like mini reviews. Ive scored a bunch of free apps that are actually great and were only free for a day or two. Its really worth spending the time to learn this app once and set up your filters so you can check in daily for more great deals.

This app is really great. Ive gotten so many good apps for free because of it. Its the best deals/now free app there is. I highly recommend it if you want to get paid apps for free

Very easy and quick to use for finding apps and maintaining lists for current and any future purchases! Though I had no adds before, now I have iAds which makes it not so great and 9 out of 10 times forces me to use the iPad HD Pro version.

This app has so much potential, but it is filled with countless bugs; quite unbelievable an app with this many obvious bugs and problems could exist on the app store! I want to use it, I really do, but the bugs make the app so hard to use, unstable, info unreliable, settings change, etc that I have to delete it.

App constantly crashes. There are times it will work but its very random. Also app will not let you give it 1 star when it promts you from inside the app itself

it was perfect but now it started to give notifications about unwanted apps they are paid to promote. i been using appzapp only to be notified about apps that i designate, not to be annoyed with notifications from other garbage that they wanna shove up. this is uncalled for and unacceptable.

This is an excellent app for getting discounts and paid apps free. I use it everyday. You can set up alerts for apps youre interested in and get emails or texts when the price drops. The app info is current and up to date as well. This just scratches the surface; there are a ton of other useful features. If you frequent the app store at all, you will like Appzapp a lot - great job, developers.

This used to be a great app, so I ended up paying the extra for the premium version a couple years ago. Now the only option is the free version with in-app purchases to upgrade to no ads. Cmon, why should I have to pay twice for the full app?
